في أجواء رمضانية، نظمت رابطة خريجي جامعة عين شمس أمسية خاصة بعنوان "خان الزعفران" في ساحة الحرم الرئيسية للجامعة يوم الخميس الموافق 21 مارس، الذي يوافق اليوم الـ11 من شهر رمضان. شهد الحدث حضورًا كبيرًا من الشخصيات البارزة في الجامعة، بما في ذلك الأساتذة: أ.د. محمد ضياء زين العابدين، رئيس الجامعة، أ.د. عبد الوهاب عزت، القائم بأعمال أمين المجلس الجامعات الخاصة، أ.د. شهيرة سمير، المدير التنفيذي لقطاع العلاقات الدولية والتعاون الأكاديمي والمشرف العام على الأمسية، أ.د. ريم الكباريتي، مدير إدارة روابط الخريجين بالجامعة ومنظم الأمسية، أ.د. صالح هاشم، الأمين العام لاتحاد الجامعات العربية السابق ورئيس الجامعة السابق، أ.د. ممدوح الدماطي، وزير الآثار الأسبق وعميد كلية الآثار السابق، بالإضافة إلى عدد من عمداء ووكلاء الكليات، وحضور من خريجي الجامعة ومنسوبي الهيئة التدريسية والإدارية.أقيمت الأمسية في أجواء مستلهمة من شارع المعز الشهير، وضمت مجموعة متنوعة من الأنشطة والفعاليات، بما في ذلك حفل غنائي بمشاركة كورال هارموني بقيادة المايسترو محمود وحيد، وعروض التنورة، وبازار متنوع، إلى جانب سحور رمضاني يتخلله أجواء تقليدية شرقية. وأعرب الحضور عن شكرهم وامتنانهم لرابطة الخريجين على هذه الأمسية الرائعة.
In a Ramadan atmosphere, the Alumni Association of Ain Shams University hosted a special Ramadan evening titled "Khan Al-Za'faran" at the main campus square on Thursday, March 21st, corresponding to the 11th of Ramadan. The event was attended by Prof. Mohamed Diaa Zain Al-Abidin, the university president, Prof. Abdel Wahab Ezzat, Acting Secretary of the Private Universities Council, Prof. Shahira Samir, Executive Director of the International Relations and Academic Cooperation (IRAC) Sector and the general supervisor of the evening, Prof. Reem Al-Kabarity, Director of the Alumni Office at the IRAC sector and the organizer of the evening, Prof. Saleh Hashem, Former Secretary-General of the Association of Arab Universities and former university president, Prof. Mamdouh Eldamaty, Former Minister of Antiquities and former dean of the Faculty of Antiquities, and a group of deans and vice deans of faculties, in addition to university graduates and a number of university staff including faculty members, assistant faculty members, and administrators.
The Ramadan evening was held in a historical and Eastern atmosphere inspired by Al-Moez Street and included a diverse range of activities and events, including a musical concert featuring the Harmony Choir led by Maestro Mahmoud Wahid, as well as enjoying Tanoura shows and a rich bazaar, alongside a delicious Ramadan suhoor with Eastern dishes accompanied by Eastern music. Attendees expressed their sincere thanks to the Alumni Association for this exceptional evening.
